A few weeks I was kindly given an enormous stack of vintage Gourmet Magazines. I pretty much jumped out of my pants I was so excited. They are beautiful and in such good shape. I am talking 60's-80's (insert happy face here) ... I take some time to browse through them often, it takes me to my happy place for sure. And then it hit me. A vintage Gourmet Magazine series! Yes. My intentions are to cook my way through them and share the goodness I find and any tweaks I make to the recipes to update them along the way. What do you think?
